Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Lead who can drive both organic marketing momentum and revenue growth for iQuanta’s programs. The role requires someone who understands moment marketing, community-driven growth, and student engagement, while also being capable of managing lead generation, sales funnels, and conversions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating daily engagement and hype around exams, results, student journeys, and academic milestones, while simultaneously ensuring that marketing efforts translate into qualified leads, strong conversions, and revenue growth.
This role requires someone who can bridge marketing creativity with sales execution, manage cross-functional teams, and build scalable growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive organic growth across social media, communities, and digital platforms for iQuanta by leveraging moment marketing, trend tracking, and student conversations.
- Create consistent engagement and hype around exams, results, student success stories, and academic discussions through community-driven content and campaigns.
- Manage and scale large student communities across platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook while encouraging active participation and discussions.
- Collaborate with content, academic, and product teams to amplify content organically and improve reach through SEO and organic distribution strategies.
- Build and optimize the end-to-end lead generation and sales funnel from marketing to enrollment.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-conversion ratios, ensure timely follow-ups, and drive revenue growth.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including leads, conversions, CAC, engagement, and revenue contribution to continuously optimize performance.
- Lead and manage marketing and sales teams, identify new growth opportunities and partnerships, and develop scalable strategies to support the expansion of programs at iQuanta.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of organic marketing, growth marketing, and community-driven engagement.
- Ability to identify trends and execute moment marketing campaigns quickly.
- Experience in managing large digital communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of sales funnels, lead management, and conversion strategies.
- Ability to connect marketing efforts with revenue outcomes.
- Experience leading teams and tracking performance KPIs.
- Strong analytical mindset to monitor growth, engagement, and sales metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in EdTech or education-focused companies.
- Experience managing large aspirant or student communities.
- Understanding of student behavior, exam cycles, and aspirant ecosystems.
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments.
