Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Sales Executive to drive franchise and business sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching business opportunities, closing deals, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, references, and site visits
- Present and explain franchise/business models to prospective clients
- Conduct follow-ups and convert prospects into confirmed deals
- Maintain strong relationship with investors and business owners
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal, agreement, and onboarding process
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM data and daily sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident personality with professional presentation skills
- Experience in franchise sales, hospitality, luxury brands, or real estate will be an advantage
- Target-oriented mindset
