Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara for a Marketing & Sales Back Office Executive. The role involves managing sales support functions, including preparing quotations, following up with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records. The Executive will assist in creating and updating marketing materials, tracking sales inquiries, and handling client communications to ensure effective customer service and smooth workflow within the sales and marketing department.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, client communication, and follow-up capabilities
- Strong skills in documentation, records management, and proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with sales processing and purchase order management
- Good understanding of marketing and sales functions, including lead generation and promotional activities
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales support or marketing roles in manufacturing or industrial sectors is advantageous
