Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Marketing Research Manager/Executive with a strong background in the electronics industry. The candidate will be responsible for gathering market insights, analyzing trends, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Analyze sales data and market conditions to support marketing strategies
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments
- Collect and interpret customer feedback to improve products and services
- Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing research (preferably in electronics industry)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of market research tools and techniques
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in consumer electronics or retail industry
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data visualization tools
