Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Research Executive with strong expertise in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing property market trends, evaluating competitor strategies, and providing strategic insights to support project planning, marketing campaigns, and sales performance.
The role requires a deep understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate market data into actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed primary and secondary research on real estate market trends, demand patterns, and customer behavior.
Analyze pricing trends, supply & demand, absorption rate, and market potential for residential and commercial projects.
Perform competitor analysis including project pricing, positioning, amenities, marketing strategies, and promotional offers.
Prepare location feasibility studies and project viability reports to support new project launches.
Identify target customer segments, buyer preferences, and investment patterns.
Monitor and track Hyderabad real estate market developments, competitor movements, and industry trends.
Collect market intelligence from brokers, channel partners, and customers to validate market insights.
Prepare detailed market research reports, MIS dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
Maintain and update project databases, competitor trackers, and market data records.
Support sales and marketing teams with research insights to improve project positioning and campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Market Research.
Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market and property trends.
Excellent analytical, research, and data interpretation skills.
Advanced MS Excel skills (data analysis, comparisons, dashboards).
Good PowerPoint and presentation skills.
Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
