Ignite Brand Consulting is a fast-growing eCommerce and brand growth agency working with leading beauty and personal care brands. Founded by an ex-Nykaa Category Manager, the company focuses on helping brands scale their presence on online marketplaces through strategic consulting, performance marketing, and growth execution.
We are looking for a proactive and energetic individual who enjoys researching brands, connecting with people, and identifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who wants early exposure to sales, client acquisition, and the eCommerce ecosystem.
Role Overview
The Business Development / Market Research Executive will play a key role in identifying potential brands, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and generating qualified leads. You will be responsible for building the top of the sales funnel by researching brands, reaching out to founders and marketing teams, and scheduling meetings with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential brands in the beauty and personal care ecosystem
- Track emerging brands and industry trends
- Maintain a structured database of potential leads and prospects
Lead Generation
- Reach out to founders, marketing heads, and brand managers via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Introduce Ignite Brand Consulting’s services to potential clients
- Schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing client proposals and presentations
- Support the team in converting leads into long-term clients
- Maintain communication with prospects and follow up where necessary
Client Coordination
- Support onboarding of new clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
