Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Representative role based in Gurugram. The Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to promote the clinic's services. Daily tasks include engaging with potential and existing clients, coordinating marketing campaigns, driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and participating in training sessions. The role will play a pivotal part in expanding the clinic’s reach and enhancing client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales & Marketing to promote services and achieve growth targets
- Experience in Training and team collaboration to enhance professional development and ensure excellent service delivery
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is an advantage
