Job Summary
Analyst 2, Marketing Quality Assurance provides a line of sight into Marketing Services’ effectiveness via in-line file audits, process monitoring, and productivity reporting. The Analyst provides guidance to our partners through understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control of process, marketing, audience section accuracy, and serves as a first line of defense for our customers/retailers/card issuers.
Essential Job Functions
- Create and Design - Empowered, optimized, and accountable reviewing a large number of complex Brand campaign marketing files. Effectively researches and resolves ad-hoc requests using established quality assurance processes to ensure quality related to marketing campaign processes and deliverables.
- Review and evaluate - Capability to write complex SQL queries and provide the results/recommendations (Deliver) directly to internal partners (Marketing Services, Global Audit, Mosaic and Quality Assurance). Deliver highly effective quality assurance processes and performance metrics to ensure quality related to marketing campaign processes and deliverables. Handle the rush requests, live proofing and reconciliation tasks effectively and with no errors. Ability to perform all types of campaign audits irrespective of brands/complexity.
- Relationship Management - Act as primary Marketing Quality Assurance Analyst contact/resource for Marketing Services, Enterprise Risk Management, and Global Audit among other partners. Provide support in execution of various strategic and operational excellence initiatives in the form of reporting and cross functional projects, with little guidance and supervision. Collaborates with internal teams to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns during stakeholder meetings. Also, participate in control/test audit process, cross-functional/ stretch assignments and other team project.
- Marketing Planning & Communication – Autonomously interacts with internal partners to create Proforma and plan highly effective marketing campaigns. Understand cross functional capabilities and seek out any new idea to implement which evolves or improvise the current way of executing the campaign audit process. Demonstrates outstanding Verbal and Written Communication skills when working with internal and external partners. Creative thinking, automation and process improvement plan.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Statistics, Economics or related area of study
- 2 to 5 year’s professional experience Working with SQL and advanced excel to analyze data
Preferred Experience
- Working with SAS, SQL, MS Excel, Campaign Management and Quality Control. Experience in Python language and Workfront tool will be a plus
