Role Introduction

Drive the seamless delivery of digital marketing projects from initiation through execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and has a passion for aligning creative ideas with actionable plans that deliver results. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital marketing projects, including biddable media (social, search ads, display ads) SEO, content, web, and campaign-based initiatives.
  • Own the project plan, timelines, resourcing, and budgets—keeping all stakeholders aligned.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during the execution phase, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, media, content, strategy, and tech to ensure flawless execution.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, resolving blockers with agility.
  • Continuously optimize internal project workflows to boost efficiency and quality.
  • Support pitch and onboarding processes for new clients and campaigns.
  • Monitor project performance metrics, ensure SLAs are met, and provide insights for post-project evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in project management within a digital marketing or agency environment, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns, with the ability to align projects with strategic goals.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and lead internal teams effectively.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams, fostering collaboration and accountability in a fast-paced setting.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a dynamic agency environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
