About the Role:

We are looking for a high-energy, process-driven Traffic Manager to lead a critical, high-revenue project for KGL. This is not a "behind-the-scenes" role; you will be the central driver of a project, ensuring every creative asset and deliverable moves through the pipeline with precision.


The Mission: The project kicks off in the first week of April. We need someone who can hit the ground running, manage complex stakeholder approvals, and prevent bottlenecks before they happen.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Command: Own the end-to-end creative production lifecycle from intake to delivery.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage a team of designers, writers, and production experts to ensure balanced workloads and zero downtime.
  • Timeline Integrity: Build and maintain aggressive project schedules, ensuring the April 1st launch and subsequent milestones are met.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the bridge between creative teams and stakeholders at Continuum/KGL to ensure alignment and rapid approvals.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential "traffic jams" in production and pivot resources in real-time.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5–8 years in Traffic Management or Creative Operations.
  • Background: Candidates from Advertising Agencies (QSR experience is a huge plus) or high-volume content production houses.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ASANA, Monday.com, Trello, or Jira).
  • The "Traffic" Mindset: You thrive under pressure and can manage the chaos of multiple moving parts without losing focus.
