About the Role
We’re hiring one of our first few team members, someone who’s excited to experience the
exhilaration (and chaos) of building a company from scratch. You’ll be helping craft the very
engine that drives Allsec AI’s growth: researching markets, reaching out to prospects, designing
decks, sending cold emails, hopping on calls, iterating what works, and getting your hands dirty
across the board. This is not a “plug into a department” kind of job.
We’re looking for someone smart, sharp, articulate, and resourceful. If you’re the type who
figures things out, loves variety, and takes ownership without being hand-held, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
Market Research & Strategy
• Identify and segment target markets (industries, geographies, buyer personas)
• Research competitors, benchmark o erings, and spot whitespace in the market
• Build prospecting strategies in collaboration with founders and tech leads
• Create simple reports or dashboards to track outreach success
Lead Generation & Outreach
• Build and maintain prospect/contact databases via LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.
• Write and send cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups
• Experiment with subject lines, CTAs, and outreach angles
• Follow up with warm leads, book meetings, and qualify interest
• Occasionally jump on calls for intros, context gathering, or pre-sales alignment
Marketing Content & Design
• Create basic marketing assets: one-pagers, Canva decks, social posts, visuals
• Draft copy for emails, ads, social content, and lead nurturing campaigns
• Help maintain the website, LinkedIn pages, and CRM updates
• Assist in crafting landing pages or case studies when needed
Other Hustle
• Support event planning, webinars, or email campaigns
• Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, or interns when required
• Help shape internal systems and processes for repeatable outreach
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, pre-sales, sales ops, or start-up hustle roles
• Excellent written and spoken English; clear, confident communicator
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Canva, basic email tools
• Self-starter; you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Extremely organized, responsive, and good at follow-through
• Confident making calls or explaining things to CXOs or product heads
• Curious about tech, AI, or the future of work — you don’t have to be a coder, but you
shouldn’t be intimidated by a technical product
Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience using common CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Zoho, Pipedrive)
• Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g. Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo)
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS or AI/ML-based businesses
• Basic SEO/paid ads knowledge
