Marketing & PR Manager – Women’s Apparel Brand (Domestic)
Location: Noida
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 days a week
Salary: ₹50,000–₹80,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing & PR professional to lead the marketing, brand communication and PR initiatives for a growing domestic women’s apparel brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the brand’s overall marketing and PR strategy
- Build strong brand visibility across digital and offline channels
- Manage social media, content, campaigns and brand communication
- Plan and execute PR activities, media outreach and collaborations
- Coordinate with influencers, content creators and relevant brand partners
- Develop campaigns for new collections, launches and promotional activities
- Work closely with the design, merchandising and sales teams
- Track campaign performance and provide regular marketing reports
- Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales
- Maintain a consistent and strong brand image and communication
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, PR, Brand Management or Fashion/Retail Marketing
- Experience with a women’s fashion/apparel brand will be preferred
- Strong understanding of Indian fashion, consumer trends and social media
- Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills
- Creative, proactive and capable of independently managing marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of Instagram, influencer marketing and digital campaigns
