Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing professional at Karamat Food Service (HoReCa), located in Mumbai. Responsibilities will include executing marketing strategies, conducting detailed market research, engaging in customer service activities, and supporting sales efforts. The position focuses on growing the brand presence and improving customer relationships through targeted marketing initiatives and outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development to analyze trends and create actionable plans.
- Experience in Sales and the ability to meet targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Proactive problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the food service or HoReCa industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and technology is a plus.
