Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Action TrackingConsolidate and manage sales, retail, and marketing action plans into a unified operating viewTrack timelines, dependencies, and ownership across all marketing sub-functionsDrive weekly/monthly planning cadences and ensure on-time executionReporting, MIS & Analytics GovernanceLead the MIS and reporting function for MarketingEnsure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of dashboards across campaigns, GTM, CRM, content, experiential, and retail marketingBuild reporting frameworks that enable leadership to take faster, better decisionsFinancial & Process DisciplineOwn marketing’s budget tracking, PO management, and spend governancePartner with Finance and Procurement to ensure compliance, visibility, and ROI orientationStandardise processes for briefs, approvals, and performance reviewsTeam Leadership & Capability BuildingLead and develop a team of MIS and Planning ExecutivesSet clear standards for reporting quality, timelines, and insightsCreate documentation, templates, and playbooks to improve operational efficiencyCross-Functional CoordinationAct as the central bridge between Marketing, Sales Ops, Retail, Finance, and LeadershipEnsure alignment of central plans with city-level executionSurface risks, delays, and dependencies early
Ideal Candidate
8–12 years of experience in marketing operations, planning, MIS, or business operations rolesStrong background in reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional planningExperience managing teams and driving cadence in fast-moving environmentsHighly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools; dashboard tools a plusDetail-oriented, structured, and process-driven with strong stakeholder management skillsAbility to turn data into clarity and action
