About the Role
Carzonrent is looking for a high-impact Marketing Partnerships Executive who can build, launch, and scale powerful brand collaborations that drive visibility, engagement, and revenue.
What You Will Own
1. Build High-Impact Marketing Partnerships
• Crack and close partnerships with banks, card networks, fintech, and top consumer brands
• Create large-scale co-branded campaigns that drive awareness and usage
• Think beyond discounts, focus on visibility, positioning, and brand recall
2. Drive Brand Visibility at Scale
• Get Carzonrent featured across partner apps, websites, emailers, events, and offline touchpoints
• Identify and unlock new distribution channels and ecosystems
• Continuously explore new horizons, from fintech to lifestyle to travel ecosystems
3. Build Engagement & Loyalty Engines
• Design high-conversion campaigns (cashbacks, rewards, exclusive offers)
• Drive repeat usage and retention through partner-led initiatives
• Create campaigns that don’t just convert, but engage and stick
4. Execute Fast & Own Outcomes
• Act as the single owner for partnerships, from idea to execution
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and ops teams
• Ensure speed, quality, and scale in execution
5. Drive Growth with Clear Metrics
• Own KPIs: reach, engagement, bookings, ROI, and partner contribution
• Track, optimize, and scale winning campaigns
• Bring a growth mindset with experimentation at the core
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing partnerships / brand collaborations / alliances
• Strong exposure to banking partnerships, loyalty programs, or consumer brand tie-ups
• Proven track record of executing high-visibility campaigns
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to think creatively and execute aggressively
Bonus If You Have
• Experience in travel, mobility, fintech, or consumer internet
• Strong network across banks, brands, or marketing ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with co-branded campaigns and performance tracking
