Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Partner at our Pune Division. The Marketing Partner will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies, identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, conducting market and consumer research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role will also involve engaging with clients to plan and implement effective product marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal results and brand impact.
We are looking for a Marketing Partner on a commission-based model with no fixed salary.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales and experience building relationships with clients to drive business growth
- Strong expertise in Marketing and creating effective Marketing Strategies
- Experience in conducting Research to identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitive analysis
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the advertising or creative industry is a plus
