About the Role

This role is designed for fresh graduates (0–1 year experience) and final-year students who are looking to start a career in marketing.

EtudyGo is a student-focused platform dedicated to supporting learners in accessing academic and career opportunities. We work closely with student communities to expand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent EtudyGo across student communities, events, and outreach programs
• Engage with prospective students and partners to promote EtudyGo’s mission and services
• Support the planning and execution of marketing and outreach initiatives
• Create and deliver presentations to student groups and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners
• Coordinate with volunteers and student representatives to amplify outreach efforts
• Ensure clear, professional communication and a positive experience for all stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
• Customer service mindset with a focus on positive user experiences
• Experience in community outreach, marketing, or student engagement
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong organizational skills
• Campus students with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as fresh graduates (0–1 year experience), are encouraged to apply
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred

Role Details

• Position Type: Part-Time (Trainee)
• Time Commitment: 25 hours per week
• Work Mode: Remote (India-based candidates)

Compensation & Growth

• Base Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
• Performance-Based Incentives: Bonuses linked to outreach results and student engagement outcomes
• Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 for high-performing trainees.
• Career Growth: 6-month performance review with potential promotion and expanded responsibilities
