About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist, who enjoys meaningful conversations, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in clear communication. In this role, you’ll work closely with prospects on LinkedIn, manage ongoing conversations, and help turn early interest into real sales opportunities. This position is a great fit for someone early in their sales or client-facing career who is comfortable working US-aligned evening hours and wants hands-on experience in outreach, communication, and sales operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, your day-to-day work will revolve around thoughtful outreach and consistent follow-up. You will:
● Send personalized LinkedIn messages that feel natural, relevant, and well-researched
● Hold professional, consultative conversations with prospects to understand what they’re looking for.
● Guide conversations toward next steps, such as qualifying interest or booking meetings.
● Keep conversations, follow-ups, and updates organized using CRM or outreach tools.
● Track responses and engagement to improve how messages perform over time.
● Work closely with internal teams to stay aligned on outreach goals and messaging.
● Use LinkedIn automation and AI-assisted tools responsibly to support outreach efforts.
● Ensure all communication reflects a respectful, professional tone suited for international audiences.
What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)
● Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to express ideas clearly and confidently.
● 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or communication-focused roles.
● Exposure to working with international clients or teams, especially US or UK markets.
● Comfort using AI tools and prompts to improve messaging and productivity.
● Good organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple conversations at once.
● A self-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
● Availability to work US-aligned evening shifts (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST) on a regular basis.
Nice to Have
● Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or stakeholder communication.
● Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional outreach and networking platform.
● Experience using CRM or outreach tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
● A proactive approach and willingness to learn and improve continuously.
