About the Role
We are looking for a highly execution-focused and data-driven HubSpot Specialist to join our team and help scale Truckopedia’s lifecycle marketing and customer engagement systems across products such as eForm 2290, eMCS, eUCR, and upcoming compliance solutions like IFTA.
In this role, you will act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Product, Analytics, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams, owning the day-to-day management and optimization of our HubSpot ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and scaling lifecycle journeys, CRM automation and lead flows that directly contribute to overall growth.
The role requires a strong understanding of customer behavior, automation logic, data hygiene, and performance optimization, with a focus on creating scalable systems that improve communication relevance, reduce operational inefficiencies, and maximize the effectiveness of our lifecycle initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HubSpot CRM & Account Management
- Set up, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM pipelines, deal stages, and custom objects based on business requirements.
- Support HubSpot technical maintenance and operational stability by working closely with backend and engineering teams on CRM integrations, data synchronization, event tracking, API workflows, and system reliability to ensure seamless lifecycle automation and accurate customer data flow across platforms.
- Maintain data hygiene, ensuring accurate contact segmentation, reduplication, and database management.
- Design and manage end-to-end lifecycle journeys across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and win-back stages.
- Build and optimize behavior-triggered workflows based on filing patterns, user activity, and lifecycle milestones using HubSpot/CRM automation.
- Continuously monitor and improve lifecycle performance to increase conversions, repeat engagement, and customer retention. 2. Marketing & Sales Automation
- Design and build complex, automated workflow sequences for lead scoring, lead routing, and lifecycle stage mapping.
- Implement automated email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and web forms to enhance lead generation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience managing and configuring HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs).
- Certifications: Active HubSpot Certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Sales Software, or Revenue Operations) are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of inbound marketing strategies, lead generation metrics, and CRM architecture.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong project management skills, and the capability to translate business needs into technical CRM solutions.
