Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Operations Manager for an on-site role located in Dakholi, Zirakpur. In this role, you will streamline and oversee marketing operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in campaigns.

A. Strategy Translation
MOM Converts Received Brief Into:

B. Task Management
MOM is responsible for making sure every task has:
• Client name
• Task title
• Brief
• Assigned person

• Required assets
• Approval stage
• Final delivery folder
No task should exist only on WhatsApp or in someone’s memory.
C. Team Coordination
MOM make sure everyone knows:
• What To Do
• Why They Are Doing It
• When It Is Due
D. Marketing Execution
• Meta & Google Ads
• Google Business Profile
• Content calendar
• Reports
For advanced Ad/SEO problems, MOM coordinate with the respective head.
Standard Operating Procedures
Daily SOP:
MOM should not wait until the end of the day to discover nothing was done.
Morning SOP

Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing Operations and Operations Management
- Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and Analytical Thinking
- Proficiency in utilizing Marketing Automation tools and platforms
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and use data to streamline marketing processes and improve outcomes
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the digital marketing domain is a plus
