Digital Marketing Team – Social Media Focus

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Job Overview
We are looking for an Operations Marketing Manager (Mid-Level) to manage and streamline social media marketing operations across multiple client accounts. This role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of content planning, approvals, publishing, and reporting while coordinating closely with internal teams and clients.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong social media operations experience who can independently manage delivery and contribute to process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for clients for social media operations
- Speak with clients to gather requirements, briefs, and updates
- Translate client requirements clearly to content and design teams
- Create and manage content schedules and publishing timelines
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely execution
- Share content with clients, track feedback, and obtain approvals
- Provide regular updates to clients on progress and timelines
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards
- Maintain trackers, schedules, and operational reports
- Identify workflow gaps and suggest process improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing or a digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of organic social media workflows
- Experience handling multiple clients simultaneously
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Process-driven and detail-oriented approach
Tools (Preferred)
- Meta Business Suite, Hoot suite, Buffer, Sprout or similar
- Project management tools: Click Up,Trello,ZohoCrm
- Google Sheets / Docs for tracking and reporting
