We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who can take ownership of project execution across departments and become the bridge between strategy, clients, and delivery teams.
This is a mid-senior role for someone who understands marketing deeply, thinks strategically, and can confidently manage multiple moving parts at once.
The ideal candidate should be excellent at communication, problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management while working closely with internal delivery, marketing, and creative teams.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing client projects from strategy to execution
- Managing and guiding the Account Management team
- Reviewing and approving deliverables before client submission
- Ensuring consistency across branding, marketing, and communication
- Coordinating with:
Graphic Designers
Video Editors
UI/UX Designers
SEO Specialists
Developers
Performance Marketing Teams
- Ensuring timelines, quality, and execution standards are maintained
- Identifying gaps, solving challenges, and improving workflows
- Supporting the Marketing Head in strategic execution
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding
- Experience managing teams and client projects
- Ability to review creative, strategy, and execution quality
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized and solution-oriented mindset
- Confidence in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of:

Paid Ads
Website Projects
Content Systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Servicing, or Project Coordination
- Experience in a digital agency/startup environment preferred
