About the Role: We are looking for an outcome-focused Marketing Operations Manager to lead the transition of Marketing from tactical support to a high-speed Revenue Growth Engine. In this role, you will own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, ensuring marketing directly powers our sales team to win government, enterprise-level and nonprofit deals in our specialized Health and Human Services (HHS) niche in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Demand Generation: Plan and lead the team to execute various marketing initiatives, including high-impact webinars, industry events, SEO, GEO, digital and offline PR strategies to drive brand visibility and dominate organic search and discovery.
- Optimize the Revenue Loop: Constantly and proactively analyze and derive insights from the existing leads database to improve the MQL-to-SQL conversion ratio and shorten the sales cycle.
- Standardize Sales Templates: Partner with Sales team to consolidate and generate standardized customer-facing (templates that educate customers early and influence ability to win bids.
- Empower the Proposal Team: Audit and contribute high-value inputs to the engineering team to improve internal digital channels that empower proposal team with the right data and information to ensure higher win rate on competitive RFPs.
- Hit the "Rock": Take full ownership of our quarterly goal to generate high-quality leads that convert
- Content that Converts: Create consulting-grade content (playbooks, case-studies, webinars, whitepapers, thought-leadership blogs and social media) that highlights our 20-year niche in Health and Human Services (HHS)
- Salesforce-Native Operations: Manage and lead the team in setting lead scoring and automated sales handoff process directly within Salesforce, ensuring a seamless 24–48 hour transition for warm leads.
- Internal Alignment: Lead recurring meetings and collaborate with Sales, business, delivery, proposals and HR to track Performance KPIs vs. Targets and ensure all initiatives stay "on track".
- Management Reporting: Prepare and ensure timely reporting of data-backed marketing insights aligned to Sales targets and revenue objectives to the CMO and management
- Demand Generation Ad Campaigns: Conceptualize and lead high-conversion digital ad campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Amplifying Customer Success: Transform customer wins into compelling, high-impact content that builds credibility and drives conversion.
- Institutionalizing Best Practices: Develop and manage brand-compliant assets, SOPs, and a centralized content repository to embed marketing best practices across teams and onboard new hires effectively.
- Internal Communications: Support HR-led internal communications initiatives that strengthen employer branding and reinforce Brite’s positioning as a Great Place to Work.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Operations.
- Salesforce Expert: Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to manage lead-to-revenue workflows.
- Public Sector Fluency: Proven ability to turn complex technical data into simple stories for government and nonprofit leaders.
- Data Storyteller: Proven ability to turn complex technical data into simple, high-impact stories for government and nonprofit leaders
- Routine Tool Mastery: Strong expertise in SEO tools, Google Analytics, and event management platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: A focus on measurable outcomes, specifically Pipeline Contribution and MQL-to-SQL transition rates.
- Collaborative Partner: Ability to work with SMEs and Delivery heads to "productize" technical project wins into reusable marketing assets.
