Talasha has been mandated to hire a Marketing Operations Manager for a boutique marketing agency that provides Mar-Comm and PR services to premium hospitality & lifestyle brands. This is an operations role that will be required to streamline agency operations and oversee team management
Responsibilities -
Operational Excellence & Process Building ● Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes across client onboarding, servicing, campaign execution, and internal workflows. ● Build scalable systems and SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality of delivery. ● Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions to improve turnaround times and team productivity
Performance Tracking & Accountability ● Establish performance tracking mechanisms for teams across projects, timelines, and deliverables. ● Drive a culture of ownership by implementing clear KRAs, dashboards, and team review cadences. ● Monitor team utilization, bandwidth planning, and project allocation to optimize efficiency.
Project & Delivery Management ● Oversee end-to-end project execution across accounts, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met. ● Work closely with all internal teams to ensure coordination and delivery. ● Create structured review mechanisms to maintain consistency across multiple accounts.
Systems & Reporting ● Identify and deploy tools for project management, reporting, and collaboration. ● Build dashboards and MIS reports to provide visibility into operations, team performance, and project status. ● Ensure adoption and discipline in the usage of systems across teams.
Founder’s Office Support ● Act as an execution partner to the Founder, enabling focus on growth and strategy ● Provide regular updates on operational health, key risks, and execution progress. ● Enable the Founder to focus on growth and strategy by strengthening internal execution.
Cross-functional Coordination, Vendor Management & Budget Management ● Ensure alignment across teams and smooth collaboration ● Track vendor deliverables, timelines, and support cost efficiency
Good to Have -
- 7+ years of experience in operations preferably in a MarCom, PR, or creative agency
- Experience in building agency processes & managing team performance
- Strong communication skills
CTC - Upto Rs. 10LPA (Basis last drawn)
