Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Operations Intern. The intern will support daily marketing processes, conduct market research, assist in strategy development, and coordinate with stakeholders to enhance marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. Responsibilities also include analyzing data, managing customer service follow-ups, and contributing to the implementation of marketing plans.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy
- Strong understanding of Sales principles and how they integrate with marketing efforts
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with a growth mindset
- Relevant coursework or a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus
- Familiarity with SaaS or technology-driven environments is a bonus
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM systems, or analytics platforms is advantageous
