About Us
We're a growing app studio building products people actually want to use. Our marketing team moves fast, experiments constantly, and needs someone who can keep up — and keep things running. If you're the kind of person who figures things out before anyone has to ask, you'll fit right in.
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to be the connective tissue of our marketing department. This isn't a "sit in one lane" kind of job. One day you might be sourcing influencers for a campaign, the next you're pulling together a performance report, and the day after that you're reviewing creator content before it goes live. You'll work directly with our CMO and across the marketing team to keep projects moving, fill gaps, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is an entry-level role, but "entry-level" doesn't mean "low-impact." You'll have real ownership from day one. What we care about is that you're resourceful, organized, and the type of person who sees a problem and solves it without waiting for a playbook.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify influencers and creators who are a strong fit for our apps, building shortlists and managing outreach
- Review creator and influencer video content for brand alignment, messaging accuracy, and quality before it ships
- Draft and send outreach messages to potential partners, creators, and collaborators
- Build and maintain reports on campaign performance, channel metrics, and marketing activity so the team always knows where things stand
- Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to keep campaigns and projects on schedule
- Handle the operational work that keeps the marketing department humming — organizing assets, tracking deliverables, managing spreadsheets, updating briefs, and whatever else comes up
- Jump into new projects and figure out unfamiliar tools quickly as needs evolve
What We're Looking For
- A natural problem-solver who doesn't need hand-holding — you Google it, test it, and figure it out
- Strong written communication skills (you'll be drafting outreach, writing briefs, and communicating with creators daily)
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and picking up new software fast (experience with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar is a plus)
- Genuine interest in apps, mobile products, or the creator/influencer space
- Detail-oriented with good judgment — you notice when something looks off and you flag it
- Organized enough to juggle multiple workstreams without letting things slip
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related field (internships and freelance work count)
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms or outreach tools
- Familiarity with social media analytics or app store metrics
- Background in a startup or fast-paced, small-team environment
- Basic comfort with light data analysis or reporting dashboards
Why Join Us
- Directly support and learn from the CMO at a company that's actively growing
- Broad exposure across influencer marketing, content, partnerships, analytics, and operations — not a siloed role
- A team that values resourcefulness over résumés
- Room to grow as the team and company scale
