Pice is a disruptor in the Indian B2B payments and credit space, looking to transform how small businesses pay and collect.
The digital payments revolution has changed how consumers transfer money. UPI transfers are done in seconds, personal loans are disbursed in minutes, and visits to bank branches are becoming obsolete.
However, this is far from reality for Indian businesses where cash is still king. Pice provides a UPI-like experience for business payments with an option to avail of credit on each transaction. They also offer a no-cost collection solution for distributors, manufacturers, and wholesalers, which can seamlessly extend credit to customers at zero risk.
About The Role
We're building out our marketing ops function and looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and execution. You'll own campaign operations, CRM channels, and performance reporting, keeping our marketing engine running efficiently and helping us scale output through smart use of tools and automation. High ownership, real scope, and a lot of room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Run CRM campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and RCS, end to end from segmentation and scheduling to delivery
- Build and improve marketing automation flows using CleverTap, Wati, or similar platforms
- Assist with performance marketing execution and help track daily metrics, spot trends, and surface actionable insights
- Support funnel analysis, cohort reporting, and competitive benchmarking
- Collaborate with the creative team to get the right assets across the right channels at the right time
- Maintain and optimise landing pages and in-app marketing assets
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency across reporting, content, and campaign operations
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 3 years in a digital marketing, growth, or marketing ops role
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM or marketing automation platform (CleverTap, Wati, MoEngage, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable pulling data, building reports, and making clear recommendations
- Basic working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
- A bias for action and high ownership; you move fast, follow through, and don't need to be told twice
- Bonus: experience at a fintech, B2B startup, or growth-stage company
