Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Operations professional who will manage marketing tracking, CRM, data, dashboards, and campaign operations. This role focuses on making marketing measurable, organized, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage marketing tracking and analytics (GA4, Shopify, Meta, Google Ads)
- Maintain UTM structure and campaign tracking
- Manage CRM tools (WhatsApp, Email, SMS) and customer segmentation
- Set up automated customer journeys (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Repeat Purchase, etc.)
- Create and maintain marketing dashboards and weekly reports
- Track campaign performance, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates
- Work with website and tech team to ensure pixel, events, and conversion tracking
- Maintain marketing calendar and execution trackers
- Identify funnel drop-offs and improvement opportunities
Tools & Skills Required
- Shopify
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads
- CRM tools (Klaviyo / WebEngage / Interakt or similar)
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Looker Studio / Dashboards
- Basic understanding of pixels, events, and tracking
