Who’s building this
The founding team brings together deep experience across consumer startups, fashion, and scale:
- Built and scaled at Ex-SlicePay (>$1B valuation)
- Experience across Ex-Voonik (fashion e-commerce)
- Industry exposure with Siyaram’s
- Worked closely with platforms like Lakmé Fashion Week
Now, we’re combining this with an AI-driven approach to design, demand sensing, and production—to build faster, smarter, and more relevant fashion.
🚀 What this role really is
This is not a “marketing manager” role.
You will own the brand’s online distribution and growth engine—from storytelling to performance, content to conversion, influencers to revenue.
You are responsible for building a brand that not only looks strong, but sells consistently and scales profitably across digital channels.
🎯 What you will own
Branding & Storytelling:
- Build and evolve the brand voice, narrative, and positioning
- Drive content-led storytelling across platforms
- Ensure every drop, campaign, and product has a clear story
Content & Creative Engine:
- Own content creation (shoots, reels, creatives, product storytelling)
- Work with freelancers, creators, and agencies to get high-quality output
- Build a repeatable content system for scale
Influencers & Cultural Distribution:
- Identify and manage influencers, creators, stylists, and celebs
- Drive both organic and paid collaborations
- Ensure the brand is present in relevant cultural and fashion conversations
Performance Marketing:
- Own Meta, Google, and other paid channels
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, and funnel performance
- Scale campaigns profitably
Shopify & Conversion Optimization:
- Own the Shopify store end-to-end
- Improve conversion rates, AOV, and user journey
- Work on landing pages, product pages, and funnels
Marketplace Growth:
- Scale presence on Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Optimize cataloging, listings, and visibility
- Drive sales growth across marketplaces
Business & Revenue Ownership:
- Drive online revenue growth across all channels
- Analyze performance and take data-driven decisions
- Continuously test and launch new growth ideas
Team & Execution:
- Get work done through freelancers, agencies, and internal hires
- Build and scale a team when required
- Ensure fast execution without dependency

🧠 What we’re looking for
- Experience in D2C / ecommerce / fashion marketing
- Strong understanding of performance + brand + content
- A fashion-first mindset with commercial thinking
- Ability to execute and not just strategize
- Strong ownership of numbers, not just creatives
- Comfortable working with freelancers, creators, and teams

💰 Compensation
- Fixed: ₹8–14L
- Variable: ₹4–8L (linked to revenue, ROAS, and growth metrics)
- ESOP: 1% – 2%
