Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Spearheading regional marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality student leads.
• Developing and managing strategic partnerships with coaching institutes, colleges, and education consultants.
• Planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns, seminars, and education outreach programs.
• Conducting career counselling sessions to guide MBA aspirants on program selection, entrance exams, and admission processes.
• Managing end-to-end admission funnel including lead generation, engagement, and conversion strategies.
• Analysing market trends, competitor strategies, and student insights to optimize marketing performance.
• Driving admission targets through data-driven marketing strategies and relationship-based business development.
• Representing IBS at education fairs, institutional events, and academic partnerships to expand regional outreach.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, lead generation, and business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with institutions, partners, and prospective students.
• Experience in educational marketing, admissions counseling, or sales is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, events, and campaigns simultaneously.
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving organizational growth.
