We're a team that's passionate about science-backed beauty, and we're looking for a driven, curious intern to grow with us.
The Role
As a Marketing & New Product Development (NPD) Intern, you'll sit at the intersection of beauty trends, brand strategy, and product innovation. You'll work closely with our marketing and R&D teams to support product launches, competitive research, and brand communication initiatives.
This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who wants real experience in the beauty industry, not just coffee runs.
What You'll Do
- Assist in researching beauty and personal care market trends, competitor products, and consumer insights to support NPD decisions
- Help coordinate new product development timelines, sample tracking, and launch checklists
- Support the creation of marketing collateral — product descriptions, social media content, catalogue copy, and brand presentations
- Conduct competitor benchmarking across categories, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and personal care
- Assist in managing and updating product listings and digital assets
- Collaborate with the sales and R&D teams to develop pitch decks and client-facing materials
- Support B2B marketing efforts targeting private label and brand partners
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Cosmetic Science, Fashion/Lifestyle Management, or a related field
- Genuine interest in the beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; Canva or basic design tools is a bonus
- Analytical mindset with an eye for trends and detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
