Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs) to assess effectiveness, identify market trends, and refine marketing strategies. Customer Relationship Management: Implement customer retention programs and ensure excellent customer service is reflected in all marketing communications. This includes managing customer reviews and implementing post-service follow-ups. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to the most effective channels and tracking ROI.
