Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, lead generation, client engagement, and brand development for Real Estate Projects in Tier 2 cities.
This is a strategic and execution-focused role that blends Offline marketing, Digital marketing, content creation, Brand management, and Event marketing. The role contributes directly to revenue growth, occupancy improvement, and long-term brand positioning.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, CRM, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Create annual and quarterly marketing plans for commercial properties and workspace portfolios.
- Define and monitor marketing KPIs related to lead generation, conversion rates, occupancy levels, and ROI.
- Identify new growth opportunities through:
- Corporate tie-ups
- Strategic partnerships
- Channel partner engagement
- Brand collaborations
- Support pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for commercial real estate assets.
2. Marketing Management & Campaign Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns from concept, planning, and budgeting to execution and reporting.
- Oversee marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and timelines to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
- Review and approve campaign creatives, ad copies, brand messaging, and marketing collaterals.
- Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all online, offline, and on-ground marketing initiatives.
- Optimize marketing spends based on performance insights and ROI analysis.
3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Lead digital marketing initiatives across:
- SEO & SEM
- Google Ads and paid social campaigns
- LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Drive high-quality inbound leads for commercial office leasing and coworking solutions.
Manage and optimize:
- Company website
- Property-specific landing pages
- Online property listings and portals
- Track digital performance metrics such as traffic, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with CRM teams to ensure lead tracking, nurturing, and reporting.
4. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Develop compelling content to promote commercial office spaces, coworking hubs, and managed offices.
- Create and manage:
- Property brochures and pitch decks
- Blogs, articles, and thought leadership content
- Case studies and client success stories
- Videos, reels, walkthroughs, and testimonials
- Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with marketing and sales priorities.
- Coordinate with design, video, and creative teams to ensure high-quality brand communication.
- Strengthen brand positioning as a trusted and premium commercial real estate provider.
5. Events, Promotions & Brand Visibility
- Conceptualize and execute:
- Property launches
- Corporate open houses
- Broker and channel partner meets
- Networking and CXO events
- Plan and manage real estate expos, exhibitions, and on-ground promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with event agencies, media partners, and branding vendors.
- Ensure events generate qualified leads, footfall, and brand recall.
- Track post-event performance, leads, and conversions.
6. Business Development Support & Client Engagement
- Support sales teams during client meetings, property visits, and corporate presentations.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and marketing documentation.
- Understand client requirements and help position suitable property solutions.
- Maintain relationships with corporates, brokers, and channel partners to strengthen deal pipelines.
- Participate in negotiations from a marketing and positioning perspective.
7. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct market research on:
- Competitor offerings
- Pricing trends
- Client expectations
- Commercial real estate market dynamics
Track emerging trends in:
- Workspace solutions
- Digital marketing innovations
- Corporate real estate requirements
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate closely with:
- Sales & Channel Development teams
- CRM & Operations teams
- Finance & Leadership
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns from lead generation to client onboarding.
Prepare and present:
- Weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Lead funnel and conversion analysis
- Marketing ROI and revenue impact reports
- Mentor and guide junior marketing executives and interns.
