Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our real estate ventures. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing advertising and social media initiatives, analyzing market trends, coordinating events and promotional activities, and collaborating with sales and design teams to align marketing goals with business objectives. The role will also involve maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
Qualifications
- Marketing and strategy skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and market trend analysis
- Strong social media management and digital marketing expertise
- Experience in event management, promotional activities, and client engagement strategies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and familiarity with property development processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, as well as a creative approach to problem-solving
