Role Description The Marketing Manager (Packaging Machine Industry Only) will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies specific to packaging machinery products and services. This full-time, on-site role based in Pune City includes managing branding and promotional activities, coordinating with sales teams, and identifying new market segments and opportunities within the packaging machine sector. Daily tasks involve planning and implementing marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and offline marketing materials, conducting market and competitor analysis, and preparing performance reports. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure product positioning aligns with customer needs, participate in industry events, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, with proven experience in the packaging machine industry.
- Competence in digital and traditional marketing channels, including campaign management and brand promotion.
- Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights specific to industrial equipment.
- Experience collaborating with sales and technical teams to support product positioning and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in the packaging machinery or industrial equipment sector is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in common office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, marketing analytics platforms).
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
