Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Offline Marketing Manager with proven experience in the wedding or events industry. This role focuses on building strong vendor networks, generating high-quality leads through offline channels, and strengthening brand presence in the wedding ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as wedding venues, banquet halls, hotels, photographers, designers, and other vendors.
- Identify and secure partnerships and collaborations within the wedding ecosystem.
- Represent Aouraa Production at wedding exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Plan and manage on-ground promotional activities, vendor meets, and networking events.
- Drive referral programs and alliances with relevant businesses.
- Track and analyze offline campaign performance and ROI.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in offline marketing, specifically in the wedding or events industry.
- Strong network within the wedding ecosystem (venues, vendors, planners, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads through offline channels.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with a wedding planning company or luxury event brand.
- Familiarity with Delhi NCR wedding market and vendor landscape.
- Experience in organizing or participating in wedding exhibitions.
