Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives at Volody’s Goregaon, Mumbai, office. This is a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing digital and social media marketing, driving brand awareness, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts with business goals. The Marketing Manager will also analyze campaign performance, optimize marketing efforts, and communicate results to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic and operational skills in marketing, including campaign development and implementation
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Campaigns, SEO, and Content Marketing strategies
- Proven ability to perform Market Research, assess customer trends, and identify opportunities
- Excellent skills in Marketing Communications, Branding, and Public Relations
- Proficiency in Marketing Tools, Analytics, Reporting, and optimization techniques
- Outstanding leadership skills with experience managing a team and collaborating across departments
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology setting
- Proactive, with strong analytical thinking and a results-oriented mindset
