The opportunity
As Marketing Manager, Life Sciences, you will own the complete marketing strategy and execution for three differentiated offerings: Marketing Asset Testing (MAT), Decision Sciences, and Qualitative Research. These three lines sit at the intersection of ZoomRx's rigorous methods heritage and the buyer's consequential decisions: testing which creative or promotional asset moves prescribing behavior, quantifying the drivers behind commercial and medical decisions, and surfacing the human context behind the numbers. Your work will translate this depth into demand.
We need an integrated campaign strategist who can orchestrate multi-channel demand generation and product marketing across the three lines, translate methodologically complex offerings into compelling market narratives, and partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Product Owners, the Consulting practice, and the PAM teams. You will build the repeatable systems that let ZoomRx run high-impact campaigns in parallel.
Why this role matters?
These three product lines have strong Consulting momentum but limited dedicated marketing. Your job is to build Marketing-influenced pipeline. You will diversify ZoomRx's lead sources beyond word-of-mouth referrals and create measurable marketing-influenced pipeline across three high-margin offerings.
Responsibilities
1) Strategic campaign development & product marketing (40%)
• Develop integrated demand generation campaigns (1:Many) and Account-Based Marketing (1:Few) across MAT, Decision Sciences, and Qualitative Research at pharma and biotech accounts — orchestrating paid channels, email, webinars, content, and sales outreach.
• Own product positioning and messaging frameworks for the three lines with their Product Owners — translating methodological rigor into value propositions that differentiate against Ipsos, Kantar, KJT, and internal insights functions.
• Build go-to-market strategies for new methodologies, sub-offerings, and cross-line integrated plays — including quarterly campaign plans that translate revenue targets into executable programs.
2) Sales enablement & cross-functional partnership (30%)
• Create sales enablement assets: pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, demo scripts, objection handlers, and ROI narratives aligned to buyer journey stages for each of the three lines.
• Partner with Consulting Principals (including Decision Sciences engagements) and Account Owners to understand account dynamics, gather win/loss insights, and refine messaging based on frontline feedback.
• Coordinate with the Product Owners on new-methodology launches and positioning evolution — providing competitive intelligence and campaign data that inform BD strategy.
3) Campaign execution, measurement & AI-native operations (30%)
• Execute inbound and outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, ABM platforms, HubSpot, third-party media (eBlasts, newsletters, webinars), earned media, and AEO/SEO/website.
• Build Salesforce dashboards, define success metrics, and optimize for CPL, MQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution across the three lines.
• Operate as an AI-native marketer — use Claude, Claude Skills, Cowork, and Claude Code every day to accelerate strategy, content, and analysis. Document your prompts and Skills so the Marketing team compounds on your work.
Required qualifications
• 6+ years in B2B marketing with ownership of multi-channel campaigns driving measurable pipeline (MQLs, SALs, SQLs).
• Life sciences / pharma / biotech marketing experience — specifically marketing market research, insights, or analytics services to pharma commercial and medical audiences.
• Product marketing expertise developing positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales narratives for complex, methodology-driven products with 6–12+ month sales cycles.
• Salesforce proficiency (3+ years) — building executive dashboards, funnel reports, pipeline attribution analysis, and marketing performance tracking.
• Marketing automation expertise with HubSpot (or Marketo/Pardot) including workflows, lead scoring, email programs, and CRM integration.
• AI-native execution: currently using Claude / ChatGPT / Copilot in daily marketing work with clear examples of how AI has changed what you ship.
• Cross-functional collaboration working closely with Product, Consulting, and Sales/BD teams where Marketing does not control the entire buyer journey.
Strongly preferred qualifications
• Direct experience marketing primary market research services (message testing, ATU-style tracking, qualitative fieldwork) or analytics/decision-sciences services in life sciences.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Salesforce, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo or Demandbase, Mailchimp, GA4, Monday.com, and Claude tooling.
• Experience marketing complex B2B offerings with enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (Insights leaders, Commercial Analytics, Medical, Procurement) and pilot programs.
• Awareness of the competitive landscape (Ipsos, Kantar, KJT, Trinity, ZS, IQVIA) and pharma buying processes across commercial, medical affairs, and market research functions.
