Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager / Growth Lead based in Mumbai. The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of the company’s marketing campaigns. They will develop growth strategies, analyze market trends, manage communications and branding efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business development. The role involves monitoring KPIs, managing marketing budgets, and identifying new opportunities to scale business operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project positioning (luxury / value / investor)
- Create campaign themes (not just posts)
- Coordinate with: Ad Agency, Designers and Sales Team
Track:
- Cost per lead
- Cost per site visit
- Conversion to booking
- Plan monthly marketing calendar
- Ensure all creatives align with brand
Skills Required
Real Estate Marketing Experience (preferably)
Strong understanding of Meta + Google Ads (not execution, but logic)
Basic Copywriting (headlines, hooks)
Analytical Mindset (can read reports, not just forward them)
