About Enfost Design
Enfost Design is a product design and engineering consultancy based in Bengaluru, working with startups, SMEs, corporates, and international clients across sectors including medical devices, consumer products, and commercial/industrial equipment. We take products from concept through to production-ready design — combining industrial design, mechanical engineering, electronics, and prototyping under one roof.
We are a small, senior team that works on high-complexity, high-trust engagements. Our clients range from first-time founders to R&D heads at established companies. We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to help us grow our visibility, build our brand, and generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
The Role
This is a full-time, high-ownership marketing role. You will be the sole marketing function at Enfost — responsible for building our presence from the ground up, developing content, running outreach campaigns, and managing paid channels. You will work directly with the founder and have significant autonomy over strategy and execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable writing a LinkedIn post and setting up a cold email sequence — a hands-on generalist who can think strategically but loves getting things done.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
– Own and manage Enfost's LinkedIn presence — our primary B2B channel
– Create original content showcasing our work: case studies, project highlights, process explainers, and thought leadership
– Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar across platforms
– Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts, carousels, and reels as relevant
Cold Outreach & Lead Generation
– Research and identify target accounts — startups, product companies, SMEs with active R&D or product development needs
– Build and execute cold outreach sequences via LinkedIn and email
– Write compelling outreach copy tailored to specific personas (founders, product heads, procurement leads)
– Track response rates, iterate on messaging, and maintain a clean CRM pipeline
Email Marketing
– Build and grow an email list of prospects, past clients, and referral partners
– Design and send regular newsletters featuring company updates, insights, and project stories
– Set up automated drip campaigns to nurture inbound leads through the funnel
Content Writing & Blogging
– Write blog posts and articles on product design, engineering, and industry topics that position Enfost as a credible expert
– Develop website copy updates, service page content, and landing pages as needed
– Adapt technical content into accessible, engaging writing for a business audience
Paid Advertising
– Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads
– Monitor performance, optimise spend, and report on key metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions)
– Run targeted campaigns for specific verticals — medical devices, consumer products, industrial equipment
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
– 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a services, technology, or design firm
– Proven experience running cold outreach campaigns (email and/or LinkedIn)
– Strong writing skills — you write clearly, concisely, and in a voice that builds trust
– Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Company Pages and growing engagement organically
– Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar)
– Basic understanding of paid ads on LinkedIn or Google
– Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Nice-to-Have
– Background or genuine interest in engineering, product development, or hardware startups
– Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Notion-based pipelines)
– Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and on-page content optimisation
– Ability to create basic graphics or edit short videos (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
– Prior experience at a consultancy, agency, or startup in a solo marketing capacity
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
– A structured content calendar is live and posting consistently on LinkedIn
– At least 2–3 cold outreach campaigns have been designed, executed, and iterated on
– An email newsletter is up and running with a growing subscriber base
– The Enfost website has fresh blog content (minimum 4–6 articles)
– Paid campaigns are active on at least one channel with measurable CPL data
– A short list of qualified inbound or outreach-sourced leads in the pipeline
