About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function across India and international markets. This role is ideal for someone who has driven brand building in startups, preferably in agri-tech, sustainability, or impact sectors, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy across retail, B2B, government, and international verticals; design roadmaps for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Branding & Awareness: Shape brand voice and messaging for farmers, governments, and global stakeholders; ensure brand consistency across packaging, collaterals, digital content, and presentations.
• Digital & Content Marketing: Oversee social media, content planning, email campaigns, and performance tracking across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook).
• Offline & On-Ground Marketing: Plan and manage ATL/BTL campaigns including rural activations, exhibitions, distributor branding, and demo days.
• Media & PR: Identify media opportunities; build relationships with journalists; coordinate press releases, interviews, and recognition applications.
• Team & Agency Management: Manage external agencies (social media, PR, website) and internal creative resources; create SOPs for repeatable marketing operations.
Requirements
• 5–8 years of experience in startup marketing or brand leadership (Agri-tech, Climate-tech, FMCG, or Social Impact preferred)
• Proven track record of multi-channel campaigns and building brands from scratch
• Proficiency in digital tools (social media, email marketing platforms, Canva/Adobe, Google Analytics, SEO basics)
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
