Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Marketing Manager to join our Bridge & Bearing Division at our Bhopal location. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development of marketing strategies, identify potential clients, manage marketing campaigns, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing marketing materials, collaborating with teams to meet sales targets, conducting presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to expanding market presence and supporting business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Marketing, Business Development, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify opportunities.
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
  • Relevant experience in the infrastructure or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
