Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, based in Bhopal. The Marketing Manager will oversee and implement marketing strategies to promote DECG International's engineering products and services. Key responsibilities include developing marketing plans, managing campaigns, conducting market research, building relationships with clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will act as a brand ambassador, representing the company in industry-related events and meetings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in engineering and technical fields, preferably with a B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Skills in strategic planning, marketing management, and campaign execution to achieve business goals.
- Experience in market research, data analysis, and identifying sales trends to drive market growth.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the infrastructure and construction industry is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software is advantageous.
