Role OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong experience in SaaS product marketing and a solid understanding of tech platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning growth initiatives across product launches, social media, and performance channels, while also being hands-on with execution.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute SaaS product marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution
- Manage and execute product launches on platforms like Product Hunt and other SaaS discovery communities
- Own LinkedIn marketing: organic growth, content strategy, and campaign execution
- Manage social media marketing across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.) with a focus on engagement and lead generation
- Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and lead capture
- Work closely with product and tech teams to translate features into clear, compelling value propositions
- Drive demand generation through multi-channel campaigns (paid + organic)
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversions and ROI
- Collaborate with design and content teams (or execute independently when needed)
Requirements- 3–6 years of experience in SaaS or tech product marketing
- Strong understanding of SaaS growth strategies and product-led growth (PLG) models
- Hands-on experience with Product Hunt launches or similar platforms (Indie Hackers, BetaList, etc.)
- Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing (content + ads)
- Experience managing social media channels for a tech/SaaS brand
- Ability to independently execute campaigns end-to-end
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing performance
Good to Have- Basic graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, or similar tools)
- Experience in designing or managing landing pages (Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
- Understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or technical product environments
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing
