Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will strategize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns, manage content creation for outbound and inbound initiatives, and oversee campaigns that prioritize lead generation. Additional responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams to implement GTM strategies, tracking marketing performance metrics, and driving customer engagement through targeted communication and community-building activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Marketing Management, including campaign creation, execution, and evaluation.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and SEO strategies.
- Strong skills in Social Media Management, Email Marketing, and LinkedIn outreach for lead generation.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Metrics Tracking, and optimizing marketing strategies based on performance insights.
- Ability to conduct market research and develop effective GTM strategies for B2B and SaaS startups.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in content creation and editing.
- Experience with tools like CRM systems and email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fully remote and fast-paced environment.
