Role Description
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote Voora’s residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include designing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing digital and offline marketing activities, and monitoring campaign performance. The role requires collaboration with the sales team to align goals and develop marketing material. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mylapore, Chennai.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in developing and executing Marketing Strategies and Campaigns
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, and Social Media Management
- Experience in Market Research and Data Insights to guide decisions
- Skilled in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Marketing Material Development
- Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze ROI of campaigns
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software is an advantage
- Experience in the real estate or construction sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
