Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager/Head who has successfully driven institutional and business growth by both strategically conceptualizing and hands-on executing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and execution excellence. We value proven capability, creativity, and real-world experience more than formal educational qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and business growth
- Plan and implement high-impact campaigns across digital, offline, and on-ground platforms
- Strengthen the institution’s brand positioning and market presence
- Drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with organizational goals
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
- Manage partnerships, vendors, and external agencies where required
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of driving growth through successful marketing initiatives
- Strong hands-on experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Ability to think strategically while being deeply involved in execution
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Experience in education, hospitality, or service-driven industries is an advantage
