Role Description
Spearhead brand development by defining and evolving brand strategy, guidelines,
tone of voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints including digital, in-store, and
packaging.
Lead design and packaging initiatives, ensuring innovative, cost-effective solutions
that reflect brand values, comply with regulations, and optimize for QSR supply
chains and consumer appeal.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product development, sales) to
integrate branding into menu launches, promotions, and store experiences while
monitoring brand health metrics.
Qualifications
5+ years in marketing and branding at QSR or consumer-facing food brands,
demonstrating success in full brand overhauls or launches.
Proven expertise in design tools (Adobe Suite), packaging development, creating
brand guidelines, and managing agencies for visual assets, photography, and
collateral.
Bachelor's in Marketing, Design, or Business; MBA preferred; strong understanding
of QSR consumer behaviour, and digital marketing.
Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads
Manager, SEO platforms), calendar planning for campaigns, budgeting (ROI tracking,
- resource allocation), and leading cross-functional teams of 2-5 members.
