Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies to promote the hospital's services, enhance brand awareness, and support business growth. Responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing efforts, coordinating with external partners, analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and optimizing marketing processes.
Qualifications
- Marketing and Branding: Strong skills in marketing and branding, including campaign development, strategic planning, and brand management.
- Digital Marketing: Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, PPC, and online advertising.
- Communication and Content Development: Proficiency in creating compelling marketing content, effective communication, and presentation skills.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze market trends, create reports, and derive actionable insights from data.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Strong project management and team leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Relevant experience in the healthcare industry or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
