Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute offline marketing (BTL) activities to enhance brand presence and drive footfall.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Lead and manage event planning and execution, including promotions, activations, and in-store campaigns.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to boost online engagement and brand awareness.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights and ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient campaign execution.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in marketing (retail experience is a plus).
- Strong hands-on experience in BTL marketing, vendor coordination, and event management.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Graduate (mandatory) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Skills- Experience in retail marketing environments.
- Creative thinking with a strong execution mindset.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
